Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order throughout the Czech Republic, with no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery then normally takes 7–10 business days. As soon as we ship your parcel, we will email you the tracking number.
How does the multi-buy discount work?
Buy 2 pieces and get 10% off, buy 3 pieces and get 15% off, and buy 4 or more pieces and get 20% off your whole order. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, no code needed.
Can I return items?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, even if they were bought in the sale. Email us at service@klaratomaspraha.cz and we will send you instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product has a size chart with measurements in centimetres. If you're not sure, send us your measurements and we'll be happy to help.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Payments go through a secure payment gateway.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check your order status on the Track your order page.
